2. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment.

• Booking confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal and travel details.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash (as agreed).

• Full payment must be completed before the trip starts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

• Refund amounts depend on the time of cancellation and services already booked.

• Permit fees, government taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable once issued.

Company Cancellation

• We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, weather conditions, or insufficient participants.

• In such cases, clients may receive a refund or be offered an alternative trip.
